When we decided upon the Almeria region to make our move from the UK, we contacted Almeria Homes with an extensive list of villas from their website that we wished to view. We met with Daniel who took us out and about for 2 days during this time Dan very quickly go to know us and our requirements. We found our perfect villa by the end of day 2 and Daniel negotiated the deal for us and within 8 weeks we owned our ‘Place in the Sun’. It was a pleasure to deal with professional thoroughly nice people!

Aided by Penny, he got us to think 'out of the box' and this challenged us to prioritise what really was important to us and led to our dream being fulfilled. Jo then managed the purchase side and we completed in just over 2 weeks. She even attended the meeting with the Notary to ensure that there were no last minute hitches. We love our new home and life in Spain and it's all down to these guys.
